Tomato University is a niche content and e-commerce brand built entirely using AI — from brand strategy and logo design to content creation, product development, database architecture, and email automation. Every dollar saved on production was reinvested into building a more scalable system.

The mandate was simple: prove that a solo operator with AI tools can build, launch, and monetize a full content brand faster and cheaper than a traditional team — and document every step as a blueprint others can follow.

A collegiate brand,
modernized for scale.

The original Tomato University logo carried a collegiate charm but wasn't built for digital-first use — it was too complex for small formats, didn't reproduce cleanly on packaging, and felt dated for a modern content brand.

I redesigned it from the ground up: cleaner lines, stronger hierarchy, modern proportions — preserving the academic personality while making it work across every touchpoint from TikTok thumbnails to product packaging.
