Tomato University is a live consumer brand where I develop, test, and launch AI-powered creative — from advertising and product photography to interactive AI experiences and brand campaigns. Every project is real. Every asset is published. Every experiment sharpens the creative workflows I bring to client work.
Four areas of creative output, each demonstrated through real work produced for Tomato University. Not mockups. Not spec work. Active campaigns, live products, and published content.

Created over 400 AI-generated creative assets across product photography, social content, advertising, Pinterest, packaging, and email while building Tomato University into a live testing environment for AI-powered creative production.
Custom AI tools and interactive experiences built and deployed on a live website. Includes a Claude API chat widget via Cloudflare Worker, an heirloom variety library with 500+ varieties researched, classified, and structured into a searchable CMS database, an AI-powered recipe finder, and a 7-question quiz with Kit tag-based segmentation. All built and running without a dev team.
Built Tomato University from the ground up — brand identity, website, AI tools, content strategy, email marketing, digital products, physical products, and monetization. Every touchpoint was conceived, designed, and launched as part of a cohesive brand ecosystem.
How a single idea moves through the production process. The Tomato Booster campaign — concept through published ad — in five steps.
Most portfolios show finished work. Tomato University is different — it is an ongoing body of work where every campaign, product, and creative experiment demonstrates a capability I can bring to a client.
The niche is intentional. A focused subject forces real creative constraints: every image has to look right, every piece of copy has to be accurate, every product has to be something a real audience wants. There is no hiding behind a broad brief.
What started as a content experiment has become a functioning brand with a real audience, published products, live AI tools, and active campaigns. The creative is real. The workflows are the same ones I use for clients.
The variety library is a good example of how the work goes deeper than it looks. Building it meant researching 500+ heirloom tomato varieties, defining a classification taxonomy, structuring flavor profiles, growing data, and origin information, then working with Claude to populate, review, and organize the database before implementing it in Webflow CMS. That is product development — not a shortcut. The same thoroughness goes into every piece of work produced here.
Every new campaign, AI-generated image, product launch, and interactive feature expands the portfolio — and demonstrates another way AI can create measurable value for a brand.

"The technical work — the chatbot, the quiz, the CMS — becomes evidence that creative ideas don't stop at mockups."
